After graduating from Hunter college of Art and Science,Jim's passion for cooking drove him to train at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Upon his return to New York, where his training included positions at the Ritz Carlton Fine Dining Room he founded IKG & Co. Foods, a catering company in Aspen, Colorado
